Life on board is about more than sailing. It is about living, laughing and ending the day together at the table. This is where the stories come together. Good food simply belongs to that.

Cooking is seasonal, fresh and full of flavour. Vegetarian, fish or meat – always pure and prepared with care. Honest food that everyone enjoys.

Depending on the ship and the type of voyage, we provide the catering ourselves or work with chefs who match our way of cooking and hosting – always warm, welcoming and well organised.

Catering on board the Morgana

The possibility to extend the catering with Nikki’s Table Sauvage – Table d’Hôte (exclusively on board the Morgana)

No menu. No fuss. Just take a seat.

At Nikki’s Table Sauvage everything revolves around sharing what the season brings: fresh, healthy and full of flavour, using local products whenever possible. A Table d’Hôte: one shared menu takes centre stage. Pure, surprising and prepared with care. Not a star restaurant, but a table that truly makes you happy. Warm, cosy, very tasty and just a little different.

At Nikki’s Table Sauvage food receives just that little bit of extra attention. Personal, atmospheric and cooked with love.

Half board

€ 42,25 per person per day   |   additional service costs € 350 per day

Breakfast

Various types of bread and rolls, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, sweet spreads, coffee, tea, orange juice, milk and buttermilk.

Lunch

Soup or salad, rolls/sandwiches, milk and buttermilk.

Snack

After setting the sails, coffee or tea with something sweet and in the late afternoon snacks with drinks.

Full board

€ 60,00 per person per day   |   additional service costs € 400 per day

Various types of bread and rolls, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, sweet spreads, coffee, tea, orange juice, milk and buttermilk.

Lunch

Soup or salad, rolls/sandwiches, milk and buttermilk.

Snack

After setting the sails, coffee or tea with something sweet and in the late afternoon snacks with drinks.

Dinner (2 courses)

  • Main course – chef’s choice (meat/vegetarian or fish/vegetarian + salad)
  • Dessert – chef’s choice

Weekend arrangement

€ 105 per person per weekend   |   additional service costs € 705 per weekend

Full board: Saturday including 2-course dinner and Sunday breakfast/lunch.
