Domaine de la Janasse Côtes du Rhône Red €37.50

This Janasse red wine hails from the Rhône wine region in France. The Domaine de la Janasse Cotes du Rhône Rouge is made from a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, and Carignan grapes. The flavor profile of this red wine is full and rounded, making it a perfect pairing with red meat, appetizers, and cheese.

About Janasse:

In 1967, Aimé Sabon took over the vineyards from his father, who at the time still farmed the grapes to a cooperative. He decided to establish his own wine estate, Domaine de la Janasse, named after the family farm located in Courthézon, in "La Janasse." Aimé was very aware of the potential of this beautiful region and therefore didn't hesitate to expand the area with new plots.

Weingut Knipser Laumersheim Johannishof Riesling €37,50

A light, refreshing, and uncomplicated dry white wine, the perfect introduction to Riesling. Aromas of lime and grapefruit combine with citrus notes.

About Knisper:

Knipser Winery has been a family-owned winery in Laumersheim since 1876, located in the northern Vorderpfalz region between Grünstadt and Bad Dürkheim. The vineyards are located in Laumersheim, Großkarlbach, and Dirmstein, with a total vineyard area of 75 hectares. Heinz Knipser, one of the first winegrowers in the region, began bottling wine in 1948. The current owners, Volker and Werner Knipser, began vinification in barriques in the mid-1980s, increased the proportion of red wine, and focused on classic regional and international varieties when planting new vines.
